Disconnected truck-stock lists, purchasing records, and job usage make it difficult to prevent stockouts and identify excess inventory.

The planned workflow will help HVAC teams reconcile stock, define reorder points, and understand where parts are consumed.

How the workflow is designed

  1. Import an approved inventory source and normalize part records.
  2. Review truck stock, warehouse quantities, and reorder exceptions.
  3. Confirm adjustments and export or synchronize through a documented release workflow.

  • Supported Housecall Pro capabilities and plan requirements are not final.
  • Inventory source-of-truth and conflict rules will be documented before release.
  • This page does not promise a currently available production integration.

Security and control

  • Write actions will require explicit approval and auditable results.
  • Retry, duplicate-prevention, rollback, and export behavior are release gates.
  • Credential and business-record handling will be documented before beta.
