How the workflow is designed

  1. Choose a monthly plan; white-glove onboarding pairs your connector, connects Housecall Pro, and sets up distributor portal logins with you.
  2. Monitor distributor evidence and review pricing proposals against company policy before anything is written.
  3. Approve a fresh live preflight, then apply through the guarded Housecall Pro writeback path or export a non-mutating CSV.

Requirements and limits

  • Modern web browser for the Business Dashboard
  • Housecall Pro account with API access for direct synchronization and writeback
  • Windows 10/11 only when a distributor portal requires the paired local Pricebook Connector

Security and control

  • Distributor passwords, browser cookies, MFA, and CAPTCHA state remain on the paired Windows connector and are not uploaded to DocComfort.
  • Direct Housecall Pro writes require owner/admin authorization, a fresh live preview, stale-state rejection, and post-write reconciliation.
  • The local connector does not bypass CAPTCHA or multifactor authentication, and its device credential is protected with Windows DPAPI.
